SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are extra - ADD HERE

All portraits and Jewellery are shipped via Canada Post

(unless a special request to ship by Purolator or FedEx)

 

All shipments sent by ExpressPost

providing $100 insurance and a tracking number

​

Any shipments sent ground/regular will not have a guarantee of

delivery time or insurance to cover loss.

A date of shipment will be provided.

​

Average shipping costs:

Live Edge, Stone and Slate portraits $25-30 Express

Small Plaque & Wood Ornaments $20-$25 Express Ground FREE

Jewellery $20-25 Express Ground FREE

REFUND POLICY

​

Portraits: Deposit refund will only be issued if the portrait has not yet been started.

​

 Jewellery: Deposits will not be refunded as the setting and size is

specially ordered for you.

​

Memorial Jewellery will not be replaced or refunded after shipping to you, as I have no control over the care, upkeep or storing of the jewellery. If a stone falls out or a chain breaks within the first 30 days I will repair or replace. If the memorial stone comes loose it is very easy to tighten the prongs, you can ship to me to repair at your cost. If you lose the memorial stone out of your setting or damage the setting I will re-make and reset for you at a special price (case by case taking into consideration the condition of the setting)

 

It's so important to check the prongs of the setting every couple of months to ensure it hasn't loosened. Do not wear rings while getting dressed as it's easy to catch the prongs on your clothing. Do not wear your memorial jewellery in shower/spa/hottub/swimmingpool/gardening/workingout

 

A request of cancellation for a commissioned pet portrait to receive a refund must be received via email or phone call  prior to arranged start date.

Progress photos and final photos of the portrait or jewellery are sent prior to delivery.

If any changes or adjustments to the portrait are required they must be

completed prior to shipping.  Changes to jewellery are not always possible, but I always try to accommodate whatever changes can be made.

Tracking number will be provided via email or chat message.

If your item is lost in shipping or damaged in shipping  (which is beyond my control)

I unfortunately cannot replace the item or refund you. I will, however, do whatever is necessary to file a claim and send proof to Canada Post for insurance purposes. If a claim is paid out (not always guaranteed) I will certainly refund to you, or create another piece for you.

and I will always try to find a solution to whatever concern you may have!
